CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit, and at the quoted tariffs. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken. Rooms are available from 12pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The proprietor cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property, cars parked on the hotels premises are done so at the owner’s risk. Accounts must be paid in full on arrival we accept cash or debit/credit cards which will incur a £1.50 handling charge. In the event of a no show, cancellation or curtailment outside of the seven days notice required, the person who made the booking and whose name appears on the receipt will be liable to pay for the total cost of this reservation. If the deposit has been paid by card then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will be taken from the same by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction. Deposits are non refundable or transferable under any circumstances. The proprietor reserves the right to cancel or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to the contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests. By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment under the terms and conditions as detailed above.
